Job summary

Primero is hiring a Marketing and Communications Lead in Perth to shape and elevate our brand across industrial sectors. You will own content across websites, social media, and marketing campaigns, working closely with leadership to influence digital channels, events, and client communications.

You’ll drive high-impact, data‑driven marketing initiatives, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver engaging, on-brand materials and bids. This is a senior, hands-on role with broad scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related discipline.
• 7+ years experience in a similar marketing communications role.
• Experience in mining, resources or industrial sectors.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles and social media management.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing communications programs and activities.
• Experience in digital marketing including websites and social media platforms.
• Experience managing third-party design, web development and print vendors.
• Experience in major event planning and execution (e.g. conferences and exhibitions).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop and Adobe InDesign.
• Exceptional verbal communication and writing skills.
• Ability to create engaging content.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain corporate website content and brand messaging.
• Curate and execute social content across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and recruitment objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning for industry conferences and exhibitions.
• Produce high‑quality written and visual content for capability statements, newsletters and presentations.
