Job summary

Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (CITS) is seeking an experienced Manager Business Services to lead and coordinate the department’s business services. You will oversee reception, fleet, travel services and corporate insurances, while providing strategic guidance to management on policy and processes.

This full-time role is based in Perth, WA, with opportunities to drive improvements and strengthen organisational capability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business services functions (reception, facilities, fleet, travel, insurance).
• Ability to coordinate across metropolitan and regional sites.
• Strategic advisory capability to management on policy, processes and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality business services across the department.
• Coordinate management of multiple office sites and support services (reception, fleet, travel, insurances).
• Provide strategic and technical advice to senior management on policy and processes.
