Job summary

Tablelands Regional Council is seeking a highly organised Legal & Governance Advisor in Atherton, QLD. This full-time, maximum-term role reports to the General Counsel & Manager, Legal, Governance and Council Business (GCLG) and supports the council across all departments.

Based in Atherton, you will help develop and implement governance, quality and risk frameworks for the entire TRC, working with diverse stakeholders and guiding change to improve council operations.

• Highly organised and analytical candidate required.
• Ability to work across departments to develop governance, quality and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strong, consistent governance, quality and risk frameworks and programs for the whole of Tablelands Regional Council.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and effectively manage change.
