Qualifications

• Leadership in developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve student learning outcomes, achievement and attendance, particularly for students experiencing disadvantage
• Commitment to equity and socially just practices
• Ability to collaborate with parents, school leaders, teachers, and external agencies to strengthen student engagement and wellbeing

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve student learning outcomes, achievement and attendance across the school
• Monitor student performance, behaviour and attendance and provide targeted interventions and support for academic, social and emotional needs
• Collaborate with parents, school leaders, teachers and external bodies to strengthen student engagement and wellbeing
• Develop and implement student induction, community engagement and partnership programs with families and external organisations
• Support leadership through data collection and reporting, and management of resources in line with legislation and departmental policies
