Job summary

SYC Limited is seeking a Head of Community Services to provide operational oversight across its community programs, ensuring services align with contractual, clinical and governance frameworks. This senior role will empower Program Managers across Justice, Out of Home Care, Tenancy Services, Housing and Lived Experience, enabling high-quality, accountable service delivery.

The position is full-time, fixed-term for 12 months at the Kent Town site, with regular travel to other SYC sites.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience in complex community services.
• Experience overseeing services with participant needs and outcomes at the centre of decision-making.
• Strong oversight of contractual performance, workforce capacity, financial performance and operational risk.
• Willingness to travel between SYC sites across SA

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across SYC’s community programs.
• Ensure services are delivered and aligned with contractual, clinical and care governance frameworks.
• Lead Program Managers across Justice, Out of Home Care, Tenancy Services, Housing and Lived Experience.
• Foster collaboration, coaching and accountability to enable managers to lead within their authority.
