• Skills in property analysis, including understanding of redevelopment and commercial feasibility drivers, including title and planning matters.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, particularly with state government landholding agencies.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

• Support broader delivery of program and project activities with administrative, coordination and stakeholder engagement tasks.
• Assist in preparing inputs for program reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet, and agency submissions.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to enable a partnership approach.
