Job summary

Noumi is seeking a pragmatic Learning & Development Manager to build capability across frontline manufacturing teams to senior leaders. You will design, deliver and evaluate blended learning programs that drive capability uplift and behavioural change.

Reporting to the P&C Director, you’ll partner with stakeholders, manage external providers, and build scalable solutions aligned with Noumi’s values and future growth. Travel interstate may occur.

Qualifications

• Designed and delivered adult learning solutions for a mixed workforce.
• Strong leadership development and succession planning capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning programs from needs analysis to delivery.
• Partner with P&C partners and leaders to shape annual development plans.
• Use analytics to measure impact and refine offerings.
