News Corp Australia is seeking a commercially astute Strategic Vendor Manager to lead governance and performance of key technology vendors and service partners, including a large outsourced managed services agreement. You will balance service quality, commercial outcomes, risk management, and stakeholder engagement in a SIAM model.

You’ll build relationships with external vendor leadership and internal teams, oversee SLAs/KPIs, contract documentation, and provide actionable insights on vendor

Qualificações

• Vendor management experience in major IT supplier environments.
• Understanding of IT service management and governance frameworks.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen in contract contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic management and operational delivery of IT suppliers within a SIAM model.
• Build strong relationships with vendor leadership and internal teams to support commercial activities.
• Lead executive performance reviews, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and provide actionable insights on vendor strategy and risk.
• Identify and resolve vendor risks, disputes, and service failures while ensuring compliance.
• Partner with legal and procurement on strategic sourcing, contract variations, and transitions to outsourced services.
