Job summary

Insignia Financial's Group Internal Audit team seeks an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead and deliver IT audits across cyber security, cloud, data and AI within our complex technology environment. The role is permanent, full-time, and based in Melbourne or Sydney.

You will work with senior leaders, shape how technology risk is managed, and develop others while advancing AI governance and data analytics practices across the function.

Qualifications

• CIA, CISA or CISM with extensive technology audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT and NIST frameworks.
• Experience in cyber security, cloud, data and AI audits.
• Understanding of Australian financial services regulation (APRA, ASIC).

Responsibilities

• Lead technology audits across cyber security, cloud, data, resilience, AI.
• Deliver practical audit insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop the audit universe and plan for technology risks.
• Advance AI governance and responsible use auditing.
• Coach team members and foster collaborative culture.
