Job summary

Lyka is seeking a procurement and inventory support professional to join our fast-growing Australian pet wellness company. You will manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate records while supporting on-site operations across office, warehouse and manufacturing spaces.

We value hands-on, detail-oriented team players who can communicate across departments and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or inventory support in FMCG/food manufacturing/warehousing.
• Hands-on experience raising and reconciling purchase orders and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Strong systems literacy with ERP/P2P platforms; confident with Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Track stock levels and sourcing needs; raise purchase orders; coordinate with suppliers and carriers; maintain inventory records.
• Own daily CHEP reconciliation, de-hire, and tracking; resolve discrepancies with internal teams and carriers.
• Run day-to-day office operations; support Facilities Manager on-site projects; coordinate communication between office, warehouse and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain SOP library; support GMP/HACCP/food safety compliance and traceability; keep procurement records accurate.
