Job summary

Babcock Australasia is seeking an experienced HSE Risk, Governance & Performance Manager for a 2-year fixed-term contract, based in the Adelaide CBD. You will lead governance, development and continual improvement of HSE frameworks across Australasia, ensuring risks are identified, assessed and controlled through robust systems and assurance programs.

You will provide subject-matter leadership across risk management, investigations, contractor governance, emergency preparedness and HSE

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Health, Safety and Environment or related field preferred.
• Experience leading HSE risk governance and assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, development and continual improvement of HSE frameworks across Australasia.
• Identify, assess and control critical risks through robust systems and assurance programs.
• Provide leadership across risk management, investigations, contractor governance, emergency readiness and HSE performance reporting.
