Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking an experienced HRBP to provide strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with leaders, manage employee relations, performance, and change initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards and agreements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and a collaborative approach to delivering exceptional employee experience aligned with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Relevant HR qualification and experience in HRBP or specialist roles.
• Experience across employee lifecycle, ER, performance and change.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, awards and IR practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee relations, performance, organisational change and workforce initiatives.
• Advise leaders; build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, awards and enterprise agreements.
• Utilise workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Support leadership capability development and change initiatives.
• Deliver a collaborative, service-focused HR experience aligned to values.
