Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our People & Culture team. You will support end-to-end payroll, maintain data integrity, and provide responsive payroll support to employees and leaders.

You will process fortnightly payroll with the HRIS, manage new staff and termination payments, and advise on Awards, EBAs, and payroll rules as required, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end payroll services.
• Ability to process fortnightly payroll and staff payments.
• Interpretation of awards, EBA and payroll legislation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing fortnightly payroll including wages, superannuation and leave using HRIS.
• Establish and process new staff and termination payments.
• Prepare letters and correspondence for employee pay matters.
