Job summary

Infosys is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to join the Australia & New Zealand HR team in Perth, WA. You will support employees across Australia and contribute to HR projects while partnering with business leaders to drive people outcomes.

Reporting to the Australia & New Zealand HR Manager, the role requires 3–4 years of HR Generalist experience, strong ER capabilities, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office. A proactive, collaborative, multicultural mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience handling end-to-end employee relations matters.
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding programmes with operations teams.
• Manage performance management cycles and training for managers.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Design and deploy Rewards & Recognition programs for the location.
• Oversee HRIS maintenance and employee life cycle analytics.
