Job summary

Baxter in Sydney's Toongabbie site seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with manufacturing and operations, delivering practical HR support and initiatives that strengthen engagement, capability, performance and organisational effectiveness.

You will influence leaders across a fast-paced environment, apply Australian employment laws and modern awards, and lead HR projects and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline.
• Experience as HRBP, senior HR advisor or generalist.
• Strong employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site and operations leaders to deliver positive employee experience.
• Provide advice on employee relations, performance, conduct, grievances and organisational change.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, restructures and site transitions.
• Advise leaders on Australian employment legislation and modern awards.
• Lead HR projects and leadership capability programs.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and offshore teams on HR initiatives.
