• 2–5 yrs relevant industry experience in a strategic administrative/HR/Executive support role.
• Communication based experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the human resources function at Plan A Logistics Pty Ltd.
• Develop and train Department heads on the company induction process.
• Write and maintain employment contracts, job descriptions, remuneration packages and organisation charts.
• Maintain and develop company HR policies and procedures with best practices.
• Oversee payroll processes, ensure staff are paid on time and correctly, and manage OHS compliance.
