Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience, with significant ER/IR exposure in a unionised, multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of Australian labour law, Modern Awards, and Fair Work compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Partner with P&C team and business leaders for strategic HR support.
• Manage employee life cycle administration and compliance.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding programs.
