Job summary

• Knowledge of land and housing development processes in South Australia (desirable).
• Methods for projecting population, housing and land supply at multiple geographic scales (desirable).
• Spatial information systems and analysis techniques (desirable).
• Advanced analytical and research skills to evaluate information, provide advice and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage data (including spatial data) for monitoring urban and regional development, demographics and socio-economic trends.
• Prepare data/products in response to queries about population, housing, land and urban development.
• Develop information to support population, housing and land supply forecasts for South Australia and regions.
• Research housing and urban development trends.
