Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking an experienced HSW Advisor for our Ryobi operations. The role is based onsite five days a week, 8am–4pm, reporting to the HSW Lead, and focuses on advising leaders, managers and staff across strategic and operational health, safety and wellbeing matters.

You will use data and judgment to address risks, support improvement initiatives and help implement the HSW Management System across sites, including injury management and return-to-work coordination.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety required.
• Knowledge of the Model WHS Act, regulations and codes of practice.
• Experience as an HSW generalist and business partner across strategic and operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive HSW culture and drive wellbeing and risk ownership.
• Coach leaders and employees on risk management, incident prevention and continuous improvement.
• Partner with People & Culture to deliver HSW initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Translate legislative and industry requirements into practical guidance.
• Support injury and claims management, including return-to-work coordination.
