Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, strategy consulting, or enterprise FP&A.
• Deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and capital allocation.
• Strong understanding of banking economics, balance sheet management, and shareholder value creation.
• Proven ability to influence executive and Board decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Growth mindset with experience leveraging data, technology and AI to improve outcomes.
• Commerce/Finance tertiary qualification, CA/CPA/CFA/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Group's financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Align strategic objectives with financial outcomes and capital priorities.
• Provide independent commercial insight to improve performance.
• Recommend capital deployment to maximise risk-adjusted returns.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses for Board decisions.
• Support uncertainty navigation with sensitivity and stress tests.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations and senior finance on market communications.
• Enhance planning and forecasting with data-driven insights and AI.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting and performance management.
