Job summary

Sharp & Carter's client, a large Australian group, seeks a senior Group Finance leader to coordinate and deliver group-wide planning, forecasting and management reporting. You will consolidate performance insights for executive leadership and support strategic decision-making.

You will lead budgeting, long-range planning and governance across planning and reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance and capital allocation in a complex organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Group Finance, Corporate FP&A.
• Proven experience in large, complex or ASX-listed organisations.
• Strong understanding of group consolidation, board reporting and enterprise-wide planning processes.
• Experience delivering insights to Executive Leadership Teams and Boards.
• Exceptional financial planning, forecasting and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across the group.
• Delivering executive, board and leadership reporting.
• Consolidating financial results and outlooks across divisions.
• Providing strategic analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Supporting capital allocation and enterprise performance management.
• Identifying risks and opportunities and driving improvements.
• Leading and developing a high-performing planning and reporting team.
