Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a Community Investment Lead to provide strategic leadership for grants programs, partnerships and capacity-building initiatives. You will manage a high-performing team, ensure funding programs deliver outcomes aligned with strategic priorities and strengthen community capability across the Sunshine Coast.

Qualifications

Experienced leader with governance and program administration experience.
Strong financial and risk management expertise.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
Tertiary qualification in relevant field with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Community Investment Team to achieve strategic community outcomes.
Oversee governance, assessment, administration and continuous improvement of grant programs.
Build the capability of community organisations through funding advice, training and project support.
Develop strong partnerships across Council and the community to deliver impactful, community-led initiatives.
