Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking a Client Manager to lead a portfolio of Federal Government accounts within the Whole of Australian Government travel program. You’ll build trusted partnerships, oversee contractual performance, and drive governance and compliance across complex client needs.

Working in a highly regulated environment, you’ll use data and insights to shape strategic recommendations, improve the client experience, and deliver value for CTM and government clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account or client management in regulated environments.
• Experience with Government clients or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Strong contract management, governance and service-level understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, influencing and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Federal Government clients and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee contractual and service performance, reporting and governance forums.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and broader WoAG travel program.
• Provide strategic recommendations using data and commercial insights.
