Job summary

ACT Goverment's City Renewal seeks a Director, Governance and Assurance to provide senior leadership and expert guidance across governance, risk, assurance and integrity. The role leads Board/committee secretariat work and shapes governance frameworks, delivering strategic advice to the Executive and Board to support compliant decision-making.

This temporary full-time position runs from 16 November 2026 to 11 January 2027 and is open to ACT Government officers and employees only.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership and specialist advice to support enterprise-level governance, risk management, assurance and integrity across City Renewal.
• Lead the City Renewal’s governance, risk and assurance frameworks.
• Provide strategic advice to the Executive and Board to support effective decision-making and compliance.
