Job summary

Lifestart is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead the NDIS Early Childhood Approach across five NSW regions. Reporting to the CEO, you will guide an experienced leadership team and ensure strategic alignment with NDIA requirements while delivering high-quality services for children and families.

This 12-month fixed-term contract also offers the chance to advance organisational goals in a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Education, Allied Health, or related discipline.
Extensive leadership experience in NDIS, disability or early childhood services.
Strong knowledge of the NDIS and Early Childhood Approach (NDIA/PITC experience valued).
Experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams and driving performance.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Early Childhood Approach across five NSW regions.
Lead and develop five Service Area Managers and the leadership team.
Drive performance against NDIA contractual requirements and the framework.
Oversee budgets, workforce planning and resource allocation.
Ensure governance across quality, safeguarding, risk and compliance.
Build strategic relationships with the NDIA and government agencies.
Contribute to Lifestart’s broader strategy with the CEO and executive team.
