Job summary

Acusensus is seeking a qualified accountant to be the financial backbone driving budgeting, forecasting and month-end close. Reporting to the CFO, you will own FP&A end-to-end with visibility across the organisation and support commercial growth initiatives.

You’ll lead monthly reporting to the Board and ELT, partner with departments to improve operational efficiency, and implement process improvements and AI-driven data initiatives to lift integrity and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with up to 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to translate data into insight.
• Experience with NetSuite, NSPB and PowerQuery.
• Track record of driving process improvement or automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process alongside the wider finance team.
• Lead monthly financial reporting to the business, and reporting to the Board and ELT.
• Own the internal budgeting and forecasting process and its supporting deliverables.
• Review financial results for commercial accuracy and lead internal program reporting.
• Partner with departments across the business to improve operational efficiency.
• Support external reporting, including results presentations and investor materials.
• Recommend and implement process and AI-driven improvements to data flow and integrity.
• Provide financial support for commercial deals, tenders and growth initiatives led by the CFO.
