Job summary

Vittoria Food and Beverage in Silverwater, NSW, seeks a Procurement Category Manager to own end-to-end supply planning, placing orders and tracking shipments with local and international suppliers. You’ll collaborate with warehouse, production and sales to align supply with demand.

With 8+ years in FMCG and strong Excel/forecasting skills (Demand Solutions), you’ll drive improvements, manage stock levels and contribute to growth in a fast-paced, family-owned business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain, purchasing or inventory in FMCG food/bev.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with international suppliers and shipping.
• Proficient in Excel and forecasting systems (Demand Solutions).

Responsibilities

• Place and track POs with local and international suppliers.
• Follow up on shipments and supplier commitments.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag stock risks.
• Engage suppliers to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain records of POs, shipments and communications.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, sales, demand planning.
• Support process improvements in purchasing and supply planning.
