Job summary

Sokin is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with customers, define challenges, and design tailored solutions for complex commercial use cases. You’ll collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, CFOs, treasury teams, and technical buyers to show how Sokin solves long-standing issues.

You thrive when deep in a customer problem, guiding conversations to decisions, and mapping value across cross-border payments, FX, and treasury capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a Solution Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or customer-facing technical consulting role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
• Comfortable talking to both technical buyers and commercial stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
• Demonstrably proficient with AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Strong customer and solution insight to address unmet needs and collaborate with account management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to lead discussions and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Partnerships and Sales to lead discovery, solution design, validation and transition to implementation.
• Design and deliver solution workshops and walkthroughs linking capabilities to customer pain points and outcomes.
• Serve as the primary solution and technical consultant for prospective customers, guiding security reviews and integration scope.
• Provide structured follow-through after workshops and trials with documentation, proposals, and guidance.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to identify additional needs and shape extensions.
• Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering with actionable feedback.
• Use AI tools across research, documentation, demos, and RFP responses to raise team performance.
