Teachers Health Fund is seeking a Finance Business Partner to work with senior leaders, providing strategic financial insight, budgeting and forecasting support, and commercial guidance to enable informed decision-making.

You will support enterprise transformation programs and Finance system enhancements, collaborating across Technology, Digital and Enterprise Projects to understand performance, manage risks and deliver outcomes aligned to the business plan.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering or similar senior finance role.
Experience delivering budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Proven ability to translate financial insights into business decisions.
Strong proficiency with Excel and financial systems.

Responsabilités

Partner with leaders to deliver trusted financial advice and commercial insights.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
Build financial models, scenarios and business cases for investments and planning.
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for decision-making.
Support enterprise transformation programs with strong financial governance and benefits realisation.
Collaborate with project managers to manage project finances, funding and benefits.
