Job summary

Jemena is an Australian energy company seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – Planning & Analysis. The role partners with stakeholders to deliver thoughtful financial planning, insights, and informed recommendations to support sustainable growth.

You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning, while improving planning tools and reporting processes across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a large or complex organisation.
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support thoughtful planning and decision‑making.
• Provide scenario analysis and guidance to help leaders navigate complex decisions.
• Support the delivery of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term plans.
• Collaborate across Finance teams to align information and reporting for senior leadership.
