Cushman & Wakefield in Canberra/Melbourne seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead monthly financials, budgets, and forecasting for a major client portfolio. You will drive KPI reporting, balance sheet integrity, and risk mitigation while engaging senior stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires CPA/CA/CIMA/CFA certification, advanced Excel/PowerBI, and experience with JDE/SAP. AASB16 knowledge and security-cleared eligibility are preferred.

Formación

• Qualified Accountant with CPA/CIMA/CFA/CA certification.
• Advanced Excel and PowerBI required; Anaplan and Blackline advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of AASB16 Lease Accounting.
• Experience with large ERP systems (JDE/SAP).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver timely monthly financials to government agencies and executives.
• Track KPIs and ensure reporting deadlines.
• Lead regular stakeholder meetings to align financial and operational KPIs.
• Review contract P&L, accruals, prepayments, variances, and commentary.
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls.
• Lead budgets and forecasts for the client.
• Identify risks and opportunities and mitigate them.
• Provide financial support to operations and service delivery teams.
• Engage with Cushman & Wakefield clients professionally.
