Qualifications

• Finance professional with strong commercial acumen and analytical ability.
• Ability to partner with operational teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly financial reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, WIP and operational performance reports.
• Perform financial analysis by reviewing transactions.
• Review finance processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• PrepareATO lodgements.
• Process fortnightly payroll.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing.
• Manage subcontractor debt and resolve overcharges.
• Review credit card purchases and balances.
