Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to scale financial reporting, analytics and planning. You will partner with company leaders to develop forecasts and strategic goals, build complex models, and drive real-time decision making to support growth and profitability across our platform.

You will apply financial insights to new initiatives, collaborate across teams, and continuously adapt to evolving business needs with a focus on GAAP compliance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in FP&A or related finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop financial forecasts and goals.
• Apply financial insights to help with decisions on new initiatives, products and opportunities.
• Build and refine complex financial models from scratch and improve existing models.
• Partner with team to execute projects and operationalize insights.
