The role focuses on strategic financial advisory, budgeting, forecasting and partnering with senior leaders. You will collaborate with the CFO team, coach colleagues to improve financial acumen, and help drive long‑term financial thinking while

Qualifications

Develop trusted relationships with Executive members and senior leaders to provide strategic advice.
Support financial decision making with spend and budget management.
Collaborate with CFO team on planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
Coach and train the business to mature financial acumen.
Build a broad network across the Agency to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop trusted relationships with Executive members and senior leaders to provide strategic advice and facilitate long‑term financial thinking.
Support financial decision making within the Trade and Investment Group to achieve outcomes through spend and budget management.
Collaborate with the broader CFO team to generate insights into financial planning and analytics and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
Mature the financial acumen of the business through coaching, support and targeted training.
Liaise with other organisational Business Partners to drive consolidated planning and reporting.
