Job summary

YSAS Youth Support and Advocacy Service in Victoria is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial support to management and program leads. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, support decision making, and translate financial information into meaningful insights to drive resource allocation.

You will deliver timely management and funder reporting, support compliance activities, and contribute to policy improvements across financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support, advice and insights to internal stakeholders including Management and Executive teams.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Deliver accurate management and funder reporting, support compliance and audit requirements.
• Contribute to reconciliations, cash flow management and continuous improvement of financial policies.
