Job summary

Rheinmetall NIOA Munitions in Maryborough, QLD is seeking a Finance Manager to drive financial strategy, budgeting, and governance for the RNM facility. You will oversee accounting, tax, payroll, insurance and compliance while supporting long-term strategy with senior leadership and the RNM board.

You will lead a finance team, coordinate audits, and develop financial models to improve profitability. Strong ERP, SAP, and reporting skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance and accounting required.
• Experience in taxation and payroll management.
• Senior leadership experience leading finance teams.
• Familiarity with auditing, reporting, and statutory requirements.
• Advanced computer skills: MS Office, ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead finance strategy, budget, policies, procedures and KPIs.
• Oversee accounting, finance, tax, payroll and insurance activities.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; annual financial statements.
• Manage external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Lead procurement, logistics, IT and security & compliance functions.
• Set up and maintain ERP and payroll systems.
