RSM Australia is seeking a Financial Controller for a parental leave cover. You will oversee day-to-day finance operations, budgeting, and external reporting, reporting to the Director of Group Finance and leading the Finance team.

You will work with senior leaders across RSM's national operations, ensuring robust financial planning, controls, and compliant financial reporting. This role requires Chartered Accountant level credentials and extensive experience in professional services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading finance teams in a professional services environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to translate financial insights into strategic actions.

Aufgaben

• Oversee treasury, FP&A, accounts payable/receivable, and statutory accounting.
• Lead annual budgeting and provide insights to Executive Board.
• Ensure external reporting and regulatory obligations are met.
• Maintain internal controls across financial processes.
• Manage Workday ERP Finance module configuration and improvements.
• Lead treasury activities and cash forecasting.
