Job summary

Dairy Australia is seeking a Senior Manager – Farmer Communications to shape how we connect with farmers, delivering timely, practical information that supports awareness and adoption of our services.

Reporting to the General Manager – Farm Delivery, you will lead the farmer communications strategy, guide content across national and regional channels, and develop the Farmer Communications team. You’ll use insights and data to improve relevance and engagement.

Qualifications

Lead communications strategy and integrated delivery across channels.
Translate farmer insights into practical content for farmers.
Use audience segmentation and performance data to guide decisions.
Coordinate content and communications across national and regional teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders and influence priorities across the organisation.
Provide people leadership and build capability within the team.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead dairy farmer communications strategy, roadmap and priorities.
Shape farmer content and channels around seasonal needs and practical relevance.
Write and guide high-priority communications that are clear and engaging.
Lead an integrated approach across national, regional and organisational communications.
Use farmer insights and performance data to improve content, channels and engagement.
Lead and develop the Farmer Communications team.
