Job summary

Sonder Executive is recruiting for a Factory Activity Manager to lead and deliver the factory project portfolio across Bathurst, Melbourne head office, and Wodonga with regular site time. You will coordinate with production, engineering, quality and planning to translate business priorities into on-site results.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, risk handling and delivering complex initiatives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic manufacturing professional with strong site leadership and project delivery experience.
Experience delivering multi-function projects in FMCG settings is highly regarded.
Ability to influence senior leaders and manage diverse priorities without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Own factory delivery across the full project portfolio from concept to implementation.
Build and maintain project timelines with clear dependencies and resources.
Lead the Factory Activity Task Group and drive accountability for actions and dates.
Manage factory risk with risk assessments and contingency planning.
Collaborate with ANZ markets and project teams to ensure floor delivery.
Report status, risks and decisions through planning and governance forums.
Own product specifications, workflows and launch data for artwork readiness.
