Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations or Industrial Relations
• Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial frameworks
• Ability to manage investigations, grievances and workplace conduct matters

Responsibilities

• Providing expert ER and IR advice across matters
• Managing complex investigations, grievances and workplace conduct issues
