Job summary

Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking an Enterprise Risk, Strategy and Reporting Advisor to join us in an ongoing full-time capacity. You will provide enterprise risk oversight, strategic board and executive risk reporting, and uplift enterprise risk capability across schools and central functions.

Flexible and hybrid working options are available, with duties spanning Bendigo, Tatura or Wangaratta and a focus on risk maturity and informed decision-making within the Diocese.

Qualifications

• Collaborative enterprise risk professional with experience in complex or regulated environments.
• Skilled in Board and executive risk reporting, risk frameworks, and risk appetite development.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability, with excellent written communication skills.
• Confident providing constructive challenge and partnering across schools and central functions.
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities while supporting risk maturity uplift.
• Commitment to Catholic Education, child safety, and culturally respectful practice.
