Qualifications

• Significant Enterprise Architecture expertise within large organizations.
• Proven ability to define target-state architectures and lead architecture strategy for major transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge across business, information, application, integration, and technology architecture domains.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms, ERP ecosystems, integration strategies, and modern technology landscapes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and executive influencing capabilities.
• Experience leading architecture governance forums, review boards, or enterprise architecture councils.
• Ability to mentor and develop architects while advancing architecture practice maturity.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide target-state architectures and strategic roadmaps.
• Guide major business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Define reference architectures, enterprise principles, standards, and technology guardrails.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and opportunities across transformation programs.
