Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software development and architecture.
• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture initiatives and mentoring teams.
• Hands-on with PoC work and innovation-driven design.
• Strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to mentor and provide technical leadership across teams.

Responsabilités

• Create strategies, architectures and designs for future product features.
• Maintain architectural documentation and health assessments across systems.
• Define integration and data patterns for analytics and external data sets.
• Lead architecture roadmaps aligned to product planning and delivery.
• Communicate architecture strategies clearly to stakeholders and external partners.
• Evaluate technologies to support our strategic direction and cloud/hybrid goals.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure architecture enables business and customer outcomes.
• Lead PoC work and innovation-driven design.
• Shape and continuously improve the architecture practice at TechnologyOne.
• Deliver large-scale enterprise software projects in SaaS environments.
