Job summary

Snowy Hydro in Sydney seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect – Generation to lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated system solutions across our generation assets. You will define the target architecture and drive strategic roadmaps with IT/OT alignment, while mitigating risk and guiding complex projects to production.

Qualifications

• Asset-intensive, operations-focused enterprise architecture background.
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience in complex environments.
• Experience translating domain requirements into technology roadmaps and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead articulation and maintenance of architecture strategy aligned with growth.
• Maintain high-impact communication with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop architectural roadmaps from inception to production delivery; guide PoCs.
• Mentor and develop architectural talent to uplift capabilities.
