Job summary

genU’s MatchWorks is seeking an Employer Engagement Partner to build strong employer partnerships and create meaningful job opportunities within the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You’ll connect with local businesses, understand their workforce needs and match them with participants whose skills and potential might otherwise go unnoticed.

This full-time permanent role offers a salary of $65,000–$73,000 plus superannuation and NFP salary packaging benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employment Services with employer engagement focus.
• Ability to build relationships and create opportunities through networking.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills for diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Must have a current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local employers and act as a trusted workforce partner.
• Promote participants' skills to employers to create opportunities.
• Identify opportunities through networking and community engagement.
• Manage vacancies and connect employers with suitable candidates.
