Qualifications

• Extensive experience in employee and industrial relations within a complex, highly unionised environment.
• Proven ability to negotiate and implement enterprise agreements.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and relevant workplace legislation.
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee and industrial relations activities across projects and functions.
