Job summary

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a motivated Planner/Urban Designer (E-Planning) to contribute to strategic planning initiatives and the NSW e-Planning portal. You will help develop policies, maintain planning data, and support community engagement under the guidance of the Local Planning team.

Applicants should hold a relevant degree with practical planning or urban design experience and a current driver’s licence, enabling collaborative work across the Coffs Coast region.

Qualifications

• Degree in urban planning or related discipline with practical experience.
• Sound knowledge of NSW planning legislation and policy development.
• Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of strategic planning initiatives and e-Planning services.
• Develop planning strategies and supporting policies.
• Support community engagement activities and data mapping within NSW Planning Portal.
