Job summary

City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a motivated Planner/Urban Designer (E-Planning) to contribute to strategic planning initiatives and develop e-Planning services. You will work within the Local Planning team to support planning policies, engage with the community, and maintain spatial data for the NSW Planning Portal.

You will have a relevant degree, NSW planning knowledge, and strong communication skills. A Class C Driver's Licence is required, and experience with e-Planning is highly valued.

Qualifications

Relevant degree and practical experience in urban planning, urban design or a related discipline.
Current Class C Driver's Licence.
Strong knowledge of NSW planning legislation; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Contribute to delivery of strategic planning initiatives and e-Planning services.
Assist with development and implementation of planning strategies and policies.
Support community engagement activities and maintain planning data and spatial mapping in the NSW Planning Portal.
