Queensland Government seeks a Director in the CSO division to provide strategic advice, lead safeguarding capability reviews, and drive a continuous practice development agenda to enhance employee capability.

As part of the Director cohort, you will oversee budgetary management, stakeholder engagement and performance across four accountability perspectives: financial, stakeholder/outcome, internal business and learning and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Education and Capability Building budget and resources with transparent public funds management.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and provide expert policy advice to mitigate risk and ensure CSO Act obligations are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to educate sectors, build capacity and support safeguarding commitments.
• Participate in Executive Leadership Board activities to set objectives, standards and performance targets.
