Job summary

Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Principal Project Manager within Digital Health Services to lead the delivery of large-scale digital health and ICT projects that improve patient care and business outcomes across CHHHS.

You will collaborate with clinical, technical and executive stakeholders to deliver secure, accessible solutions, mentor multi-disciplinary teams, and promote risk management and benefits realisation across programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage large-scale digital health and ICT projects following Queensland Health methodologies.
• Promote and ensure use of project management techniques including benefits realisation and risk and issue management.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary project teams and develop capability.
• Contribute to a culture prioritising safety and risk awareness across staff, clients and visitors.
